SaaS Project Management Platform
NexusHub is a full-featured, multi-tenant SaaS project management platform built from the ground up for distributed teams. Code Zerra architected and engineered the complete product — from database design to deployment — delivering a Stripe-integrated, real-time collaborative platform that reached 10,000 active users within six months of launch.
The Challenge
The client had a validated idea but no technical co-founder. They needed a partner who could own the full technical stack, make sound architectural decisions for multi-tenant SaaS at scale, and deliver an MVP fast enough to capture first-mover advantage in a competitive market.

Our Solution
We proposed a React 18 + Node.js microservice architecture on AWS ECS with PostgreSQL multi-tenancy via Row Level Security. WebSockets (Socket.io) powered real-time features. A modular integration layer handled the 20+ third-party connections. Stripe Billing with webhook reconciliation managed all subscription logic.

The Results

API p95 response time holds at under 180ms under full load. The client closed a £2M Series A round six months post-launch, citing the platform's technical quality as a key diligence point.
